PES conducted a structural inspection of our HOA buildings and was a pleasure to work with. The owner is very professional and responsive. The inspectors that were assigned to our project were  also extremely professional and courteous when entering individual units at the building. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience.

My experience with Polikar Engineering was the best and easiest. I had to have a structural and electrical engineer examine our building for the county and I literally had to do nothing, they did it all. Their reports were complete and great to work with.

Eli practices a lot of patience and care towards prospective clients. We have been on a search to locate a structural engineer and have yet to find one. Yet although Eli was busy he took the time to review documents shared and followed up personally with questions and concerns.
