Massive Crane Falls Between Houses in Northeast Miami-Dade

In a dramatic incident, a heavy-lifting truck toppled over in a northeast Miami-Dade neighborhood, narrowly missing two houses as it fell between them.
The incident occurred around 5:09 p.m. Wednesday along the 1300 block of Northeast 110th Terrace, just west of Biscayne Boulevard.
Sky 10 footage revealed apparent damage to a roof corner, although the structures seemed otherwise intact.
The cause of the crane tipping over remains unclear.
According to FPL, the accident occurred while working on an electric line, disrupting power for approximately 100 customers.
Andrea Guerra, a resident of an affected apartment, stated that half of the building sustained damage from the impact.
FPL is arranging temporary accommodation for affected occupants in a nearby hotel.
Thankfully, there were no reported injuries, as confirmed by Miami-Dade police.
