Multiplan Begins Sales for Ultra-Luxury Condos in Surfside, Priced from $5 Million

Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management has begun sales for 25 ultra-luxury condominiums at Ocean House in Surfside, with prices starting at $5 million. Sales will be conducted in-house by appointment, led by Phil Gutman. Located at 9317 Collins Ave., the project features two- to five-bedroom units ranging from 2,093 to 6,279 square feet.
Construction will begin following the demolition of the existing two-story Regent Palace Condominium, with groundbreaking set for early 2025 and completion expected in 2027. The condos will boast floor-to-ceiling windows, natural-stone flooring, open-concept kitchens, and private terraces with Atlantic Ocean views.
Residents will have access to an array of luxury amenities, including a spa, rooftop pool deck, vitality pool, fitness center, tropical landscaping, reflecting ponds, and floating cabanas. The project’s design is managed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by designer Carla Guilhem. Multiplan Managing Partner Marcelo Kingston highlighted Ocean House as a unique, intimate, and exclusive offering within Surfside’s luxury market.
